  • Bandinello is one of our most appreciated wines, deliciously round, extremely pleasant to drink thanks to its freshness and its lovely fruity hints. Very versatile with food, it is the bottle of wine that seems to empty by itself, it is extremely satisfying and delicious.

  • Grape Harvest

    Date: 25 September-10 October
    Method: Manual in small cases
    Vineyards: Vigna ai Lecci – Annesso
    Age of Vineyard: 5-15 years old
    Production per Hectare: Approximately 6,500 Kgs (= 50 Hl.= 6,600 bottles)

  • Vinification

    Stemming: In a grape shredder with soft crushing
    Fermentation: With autoctonous yeasts in steel tanks temperature controlled for approximately 15 days periodical rain-like pumping over the must and manual sinking of the “hat”.
    Temperature: Approximately 28-30°C
    Ageing: 1 years in steel vats

  • Annual Production: Approximately 15,000 bottles
  • Organoleptics: An elegant Ruby colour. It has a clean bouquet with nice fruit, some notes of stewed cherries and floral overtones. Quite fresh, this freshness is echoed on the palate: it is delicate, has nice fruit and is delightfully round, very pleasant to drink.
  • Serving Temperature: 18-20°C
  • Serve With: Pasta dishes, Pizza, white meats, grilled foods and mild cheese.
